New Look, Same Great Service

Jeff and Melissa Krantz just came back from the Annual Broker/Owner convention in Los Angeles, where Dave Liniger, co founder of RE/MAX spoke of the importance of embracing RE/MAX’s number one position in the real estate industry for market share, advertising, and customer service.  To help the company embrace the #1 mindset, Dave announced the release of a new international logo!  Don’t worry, the highly recognized balloon image that RE/MAX display in all of their advertising has only undergone a few changes since the company began in 1973.  The new image will proudly display “#1” by the familiar red, white, and blue RE/MAX balloon.

Recently, RE/MAX was recognized by J.D. Power and Associates as “Highest Overall Satisfaction for Home Sellers and Home Buyers among National Full Service Real Estate Firms”.  Details from the study indicate that on a scale of 1,000, homebuyer respondents ranked RE/MAX with a score of 805 and home sellers put RE/MAX on top at 791. The 2011 study includes more than 4,200 evaluations from 3,680 respondents who bought or sold a home in the U.S. between March 2010 and April 2011.

The success of RE/MAX agents is the result of its comprehensive educational platform, RE/MAX University, which offers over 1,100 educational programs available online, on television, on smart phones and in classrooms around the world.  At Krantz & Associates we strive to continually educate ourselves to better serve our valued customers.  If you have questions about the real estate market at the Lake of the Ozark please call our office at 573-302-2355 to speak to one of our educated agents.
