Krantz Contributes to Customer Service Panel

Melissa Krantz with Krantz & Associates RE/MAX Lake of the Ozarks, was present on a panel for the Customer Service Workshop that took place May 28th and 29th.  The members of the panel were asked to speak about customer service at the Lake of the Ozarks. The workshop was held at the Grand Glaize Inn in Osage Beach.  The purpose of the seminar was to enhance valuable customer service skills to increase positive response from customers and to learn what resources are available to lake area business owners.  Several local business owners shared their personal secrets to great customer service within their businesses.  Attendees included professionals in service industries, new business owners, and administrative personnel. The event was sponsored by the local chambers, Lake of the Ozarks Convention and Visitor Bureau and the University of Missouri Extension.  “Customer service is extremely important in real estate and I appreciated the opportunity to represent my company at such a positive event for lake area businesses.” stated Melissa.
